Great Smeaton Young Farmers are one of 9 clubs in the District of Cledales, which is one of the 9 Districts in God's County of Yorkshire, which is one of the 7 Counties in Northern Area, which forms part of the National Federation of around 18,000 individual Young Farmers all over the UK.

We hold the dubious honour of being the only club in Yorkshire and possibly the country to hold our meetings on a Friday night. This has the obvious disadvantage of missing the chav night in the Amadeus but also means that you never need to organise a Friday night out as you always have one planned!
